This is the other painting in Widmore's office on the wall with the NAMASTE painting, along with one of Claire's boyfriend Thomas's paintings in his apartment.
If you look at the numbers (1 2 5), the pseudo happy face thing, and that thing in the bottom left corner that kind of looks like a thumb... they're not just similar. It is the exact same painting.
