Ok I thought it was time to put all the CD questions together into one post along with a number of Images.
First the CD Case is from Talking Heads, Speaking in Tounges Album as you can see from the two images below.
Also questioned was if Juliet put the CD in the correct way up. As you can see below yes she did as it appears to be a dual layer disk. Also worth noting is that the JN 94743 A relates to a different disk entirely.
