Here is another interesting screencap from Episode 5x07 The Life and Death of Jeremy Bentham.

Here are the pills given to Locke right after exiting the island to Tunisia and supposedly they are "pain killers"

The pills seem to be black and white perhaps a little nod to the Dark/Light theories.
