Update from SpOOky: "I just checked it out, and It seems although it sounds like Charlie. It match's exactly how Hurley said it, So I think it may Indeed be Hurley.
The echo makes it sound like Charlie, but I would expect some slight
variation in its timeing. However it seems to perfectly match Hurley."
It happens during the flash desmond has when charlie says "I guess its
supposed to happen without me"
It has Charlie shouting "Hey can you hear me"

That's definetly not Charlie's voice saying hey can you hear me. Sounds nothing like him at all.

Pretty sure it's Hurley, since he says the exact same thing later on in the episode when he's shouting at the parachutist. And that voice sounds ways more like Hurley than Charlie

I have a question : If Desmond met Charlie in that episode 'flashes' why has Charlie not remembered him on the island?
That's most definitly Hurley saying it.

He met him so briefly, many years before coming to the island. Charlie probably just dismissed Desmond as a crazy person and didn't commit him to memory.
I think is Jack's voice
It sounds more like "Hey can you hear IT" not "hey can you hear ME". The trouble is it's like those alleged backwards recordings on records, you tell people what they will hear and they will hear it regardless of whether it's there. Personally I don't think it should be written as fact what the voice is saying.
I think it sounds like Charlie. There's even an accent.

imho the only reason why its reverse is,to make it sound more "vision-like". its Hurley for sure
How wierd is that? I thought I heard Charlie at first, and then when everyone else said "I hear Hurley", then I can hear Hurley really distinctively?! I think fenris is right...
To me, it sounds like Charlie on the first one, but Hurley on the second!

Before "Hey can you hear me/it" there's also a snippet of "You're the master" or "you're the man". Anybody else hear that on clip #1?
I've listened to it at least 10 times. That is so totally Hurley.
And Bogzilla, I hear it too! It sounds like Charlie saying something along the lines of "You're the master" but it's really hard to tell.

i just noticed on the second one towards the end it sounds like charlie is sayin say hello to aaron......lol
I am with everyone else, I thought it sounded like Charlie at first, but listening to it again it sounded just like Hurley. I think part of it is that the voice says "hear" without pronouncing the "r" very much, so it could sound like an english accent. I wonder what that little blurb is right after it, can't quite make it out....
Clip 1 is Charlie, Clip 2 is Hurley.
Clip one has "you're the master" and "Hey can you hear me!"
Clip two has "Hey can you hear me?" and "(something) dude!"

I like that thought. Could very well be.
It definatley sounds like "superman" to me. I listened to it several times and that is what I heard. Though I did not hear Aaron or Dude. And in both it sounds just like Charlie to me.
