LOST Fan Fiction - DarkUFO

Thanks to Robert for the following.

I've just gone over the first part of the season finale again and it appears in Locke's first scene, (where walt appears to him) Locke's hear a mysterious voice as he is about to shoot himself and seconds before walt appears to him. The dramatic music subsides for a few seconds and we hear a women or a tanoy message. I singled out the message and put some gain on it

Thanks to Sascha from PC Magazine and Gearlog for the following.

Sharp-eyed cell phone geeks may have gotten a jump on the mind-bending twist at the end of Lost last night. Both product coordinator PJ Jacobowitz and I jumped a little when we saw these two shots in last night's flashback sequence of Dr. Jack Shepard talking on his mobile phone.

The surprise, of course, is that the flashback sequences in the finale weren't a flashback - they were a flash forward. And if you recognized Jack's black Motorola KRZR K1m, you would have known this too (or thought the creators completely screwed up.)

LOST's island sequences are set in late 2004; all the flashbacks are from before 2004. But the KRZR wasn't released until October 2006. So there's no way anyone in a flashback could be wielding a KRZR. The KRZR guy had to be two years in the future.

Now, that doesn't solve other mysteries, like, who was the dead guy in the casket? We're both betting on Ben.

Thanks to Andre for the Graphic and thanks to J for the following info about the Newspaper.

The newspaper that the obituary is removed from has an article on the front cover.

The article reads:
Residents Speak.....
Proposed Coastal...

That is an issue of the La times from April 5th of this year. I do not have the original paper, but here is a link the online version for you to peruse.

http://www.latimes.com/news/local/la-me-lng5apr05,1,7141085.story

Since Jack was flying to and from LA this would make perfect sense he would have that newspaper, and the date would indicate that the time is the present if it is an easter egg and not a mistake.

So flashforward!

Thanks,
J

Here are some requested shots from the Funeral Parlor scene.

As several people have noted "Hoffs Drawlar" is an anagram for Flash Forward.

This was posted over at the Fuselage as a version from someone that they suspect works on the show.
"The body of John Lantham of New York was found shortly after 4 am in the 4300 block of Grand Avenue.

Ted Worden, a doorman at the Tower Lofts complex, heard loud noises coming from the victim's loft.

Concerned for tenants' safety, he entered the loft and found the body hanging from a beam in the living room.

According to Jaime Ortiz, a police spokesman, the incident was deemed a suicide after medical tests. Latham (sic) is survived by one teenaged son.

Memorial services will be held at the Hoffs-Drawlar Funeral Home tomorrow evening."

Here is a close up of the newspaper article, about the funeral.
